Although the real estate market has yet to recover from high Euribor rates, the new building meets the high demand for apartments specifically in this project in Riga, in the P\u013cavnieki neighborhood, across from Dreili\u0146u Hill. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is large-scale\u2014of the seven planned ten-story apartment buildings, two are already occupied, another two were completed at the end of last year, and now the topping-out ceremony is being held for the fifth building. The new building will feature 71 new apartments\u2014studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units\u2014as well as a well-landscaped surrounding area. The total living area is 4,535 m\u00b2. To date, 27% of the apartments offered in this building have already been reserved. Prices for this project start at 2,100 EUR\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main event of the topping-out ceremony was marked by the raising of a large wreath above the 10th-floor roof and a celebration honoring the builders. This marks the completion of a significant phase of construction. As Kristaps Luka\u0161inskis, head of the developer\u2019s joint venture SIA \u201cUnico,\u201d notes: \u201cOver the years, we have gained significant experience in the field of new project development. We have built a cohesive and professional team, we collaborate effectively with the builder, architect, financing bank, and other involved parties, we plan apartment layouts according to demand, and we are able to adapt to our clients\u2019 needs. Although the real estate market currently appears to be less vibrant than it was during the Covid era, Riga residents are interested in sustainable housing solutions, a well-thought-out and modern living environment, a close-knit community, and the opportunity to reduce housing maintenance costs. That is exactly what this project offers!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDeglava Gleznot\u0101ju rezidence\u201d project offers A-class energy-efficient apartments, last year it won the 2nd prize in the nomination \u201cThe most energy-efficient apartment building in Latvia 2024. New building\u201d in the competition organised by the Ministry of Economics.
