On September 16, the developers of the new apartment complex Deglava Gleznotāju rezidence commissioned the project’s fifth residential building, “Dali.” With this phase, a total of 365 apartments have now been built as part of the project, continuing the ambitious plan to create more than 500 energy-efficient homes in Pļavnieki.

Demand for the “Dali” building is very high—46% of the apartments have already been reserved. Buyers are interested in all apartment types, but four-bedroom apartments are in the highest demand. Currently, the full range of apartment layouts is still available.

The new building has the same layout and technical solutions as the second-phase homes, however, in response to buyer preferences, some updates have been introduced, such as new finish colors, including white interior doors and baseboards, as well as new combinations of laminate flooring and tiles.

With the “Dali” building, we are continuing to develop the project to offer high-quality, energy-efficient apartments to Riga residents. We are already actively working on the design of the last two buildings so that we can soon begin construction and complete the development of the entire area, creating more than 500 new energy-efficient homes in Pļavnieki.

The developer of “Deglava Artists’ Residences” is KSIA “Unico,” a Latvian subsidiary of the international company “Electra Ltd.” Construction work is being carried out by SIA “Monum.” The project was designed by the architectural firm SIA “Tectum.” Construction supervision is provided by “BLV Advisory Group.” The project is co-financed by AS “Rietumu banka.”
