Deglava Painters' Residence is a residential project located in Pļavnieki, in a green environment with excellent public transport and infrastructure connections. The project is divided into three phases. In the first phase, 150 apartments are already occupied by residents. In the second phase, 142 more apartments will be delivered soon. In the third phase, construction of one building has already started. The commissioning of the houses in Phase 2 of the Deglav Painters' Residence is planned for autumn 2024. The new project offers studio, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom apartments, prices starting from EUR 2100/m2.
